François W. Beydoun

Born in Beirut, based in Bordeaux, I trained as an industrial designer before shifting my practice toward eco-design, permaculture, and regenerative living. Today it serves one precise question: in France, what actually prevents a construction innovation from existing?

That is the work of CHANYA, founded in Bordeaux through the French Tech Bordeaux 2022 incubation programme, selected for the national Je choisis la French Tech scheme and supported by Bpifrance. Through it, I document what makes a non-standard building method viable here: proof, insurance, liability.
