Our model

We design each habitat from the ground up, tailored to real-life uses, environmental challenges, and local identity.
Execution is carried out by a network of trusted partners, united within a Temporary Consortium (GME / Joint Venture Team – JVT) — ensuring each project is delivered with consistency, integrity, and innovation.
This hybrid model — bridging design, engineering, and collaboration — is what allows CHANYA to bring bold visions to life.

Our expertise

We combine cutting-edge technologies and complementary skills to create bespoke, sustainable housing solutions.
Using AI, low-carbon 3D concrete printing, and bio-based materials, we develop adaptive habitats for a variety of sectors:

Our impact

Our approach significantly reduces waste, carbon emissions, and construction timelines.
A medium-sized housing unit can be printed in just 5 to 6 weeks using a recycled, low-carbon concrete that is far less polluting than conventional Portland cement.
It also reduces on-site labor and risks, while integrating local, sustainable materials.

In short: less carbon, more resilience, more purpose.
